# Prime

On Prime, all counterparties — both borrowers and lenders — undergo robust Know-Your-Customer (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence. Borrowers can launch pools with customized terms, while lenders are able to gain access to yield opportunities with high-quality institutional counterparties, all within a secure, compliant environment. Clearpool Prime is exclusively available on Polygon.\

Clearpool Prime is available only for whitelisted institutions. To get access to Prime, please submit the application[ here](https://clearpool.finance/prime/apply). KYB will be conducted via SecuritizeID.
